Prices include guide services as well as all food and lodging during the hunt, the night before and morning after the hunt.

Payment Information

• Hunt Packages are non-refundable unless we have time to rebook your hunt
• Packages booked within 30 days of the hunt must be paid fully at the time of booking
• No credit cards. Cash and checks only

Cancellation Policy

• No rain checks unless schedule permits
• Cancelled hunts are refundable to the extend we are able to rebook. No administration fee, we will do our best to rebook at full price and you will receive 100% of the amount we are able to rebook. The more notice we have the better.

Gratuities

• Customary, but not required
• Guides: 10-13% of the hunt price
• Cook/housekeeping: 5-7% per guest
