Waterfowl Hunts at Fort Smith, Montana (MT) is a Waterfowl Hunt that starts on October until January.

We are hunting Goose, Sea Duck, Diving Duck, Dabbling Duck, Canada Goose, Blue-winged Teal, Gadwall, Green-winged Teal, Mallard, Northern Pintail, Northern Shoveler, Barrow's Goldeneye, Bufflehead, Common Goldeneye, Canvasback, Redhead, Scaup, Common Merganser, Hooded Merganser, Ruddy Duck and Wood Duck.

Costs from $800 to $6,000.

Description

Full Day guided waterowl hunt for ducks and geese.

What to Expect

Mixture of moving small water, sloughs and field hunts for ducks and Canada geese.

Gear & Equipment

Light weight breathable waders are strongly suggested for fly fishing all months of the year other than July-September. Same waders are mandatory for duck hunts. We provide all neccesary gear related to a day in the field if needed.

Weapon Details

12ga auto, Side by Side, or Over Unders are preferred. However, skilled shooters may prefer 20 or 28ga.

Pricing Details

Day Trip rates $400/person/day for fishing $600/person/day for hunting

Package pricing for multiple days including lodging is prefrred.
Roughly $650/person/day fishing $750/person/day hunting.

Camp/Accommodations

Private riverfront Lodge on 25 acres. We like to say Orvis quality without the Orvis price! You will fidn our accomodations to be excellent.

Physical Requirements

must be capable of carrying up to 50 pounds of gear at any given time, stand up and sit down quickly, and be prepared for difficult temperatures while hunting. Fishing is a lot more relaxed, and we have clients well into thier 80's with physical limitations.
