British Six Species, Five Days Challenge (6 Deer, 4 Nights) at United Kingdom, England (ENG) is a Hunting trip that starts on November until March.

Costs from $25,000 to $50,000.

Description

Deer stalking (hunting) for all six UK deer species in a single trip, combining lowland and Highland sport over five days. This programme is designed for experienced hunters who wish to complete the full British deer "grand slam" – Muntjac, Chinese water deer, Roe, Fallow, Sika and Red – in one carefully planned itinerary, something many stalkers spend a lifetime attempting. To our knowledge, Griffin Sporting is the only outfitter currently offering this as a single, integrated experience in the UK.

Your journey begins with collection from London Heathrow and transfer to Gowthorpe Manor, an Elizabethan manor house in Norfolk and your base for the lowland phase. From here, we focus on the lowland species across approximately 3,000 acres of ground in the south, targeting Muntjac and Chinese water deer, alongside opportunities for Roe and Fallow, using a mix of high seats and foot stalking tailored to conditions and your preferences.

Midway through the trip we travel north by light aircraft for efficiency, continuing to our Highland lodge in Scotland. Here, on a 7,000‑acre block of open hill and woodland, you will stalk the two classic Highland species: Sika and Red stags. As with our dedicated Highland packages, you will be fully catered and looked after by the Griffin Sporting team throughout, with all logistics, transfers and guiding arranged to give you the best possible chance of completing all six species within the time available.

Camp/Accommodations

Guests stay at Gowthorpe Manor, an Elizabethan manor house in Norfolk that serves as our base for the lowland phase of the trip. The house combines period character with comfortable modern facilities and a relaxed, informal atmosphere.

Accommodation is in well-appointed double bedrooms, with plenty of hot water and space to dry kit between outings. The manor is reserved for your party, offering privacy and the feel of a traditional country house stay.

All food and drink are included during your time at Gowthorpe Manor. Days typically begin with a cooked or continental breakfast, followed by a light lunch or packed lunch depending on the stalking plan, and a three-course dinner in the evening. Menus make use of quality local produce, including game when available. House wines, beers and standard spirits are provided; if you would like particular bottles, we are happy to arrange these by prior request.

For the Highland phase, you transfer to Garvault House in Scotland, one of the most remote sporting lodges in the country. Set in a remarkable landscape of lochs, hills and wide skies, it offers a rare sense of seclusion and uninterrupted views. The lodge is comfortable and traditional, with simple, welcoming bedrooms and shared living spaces in which to relax after a day on the hill.

As in Norfolk, your stay at Garvault House is fully catered. A cooked breakfast, packed lunch for the hill and a hearty evening meal are provided each day, with house wines, beers and standard spirits included. The Griffin Sporting team and lodge staff are on hand throughout to ensure you are well looked after between outings for Red and Sika stags.
